Haiziwa Ancient Town is an emerging town under the jurisdiction of Pengzhou City, Chengdu. It is one of the centers where the ancient Shu Kingdom was founded. The Shu King Bai established his capital in ‘Qushang’, which is now known as ‘Haiziwa’. The town was established during the 55th year of the Qianlong Emperor’s reign (1790 AD).
