Pengzhou China Butterfly Ecological City is a grand garden for butterflies and an excellent place for science popularization. The majority of Sichuan butterflies are distributed in the western mountainous Longmen Mountain range. Today, the Longmen Mountain area boasts 512 species of butterflies, many of which are unique to Western Sichuan and world-renowned for their beauty. Within Butterfly City, you will find not only Chinese butterflies but also ‘foreign butterflies’ from Brazil and other countries, showcasing their beauty as they spread their wings, making it an ideal place to appreciate butterflies and feel the charm of nature.
Located in Daba Village, Longfeng Town, the China Butterfly Ecological City covers an area of over 500 acres. The park includes a butterfly research institute, butterfly viewing area, butterfly food garden, butterfly manor, butterfly wedding square, four-season fruit orchard, elf castle, wedding photography base, and a hands-on experience area, among other zones.
