Wu Yuzhang’s former residence is located in Caijia Reservoir Village, Shuangshi Town, Rong County, covering an area of 23,000 square meters with a construction area of 4,500 square meters. It is divided into three parts: the former residence, the joint tomb of Wu Yuzhang and his wife, and the Shuren Garden.
In the former residence, while preserving some of the old buildings, the original appearance of Wu Yuzhang’s former residence is restored through scene restoration, using a serene quadrangle architecture. It is enriched with a large number of physical objects as displays, vividly and directly presenting the life and study scenes of Wu Yuzhang’s youth.
The site is open all year round from 08:00 to 17:00.
